Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, products, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Live Large LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Miisk is a product of Live Large LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Miisk provides an AI-powered communications assistant that answers calls, text messages, chats, and emails on behalf of businesses — qualifying leads, answering questions, and booking appointments. Communications handled by the Service are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence, and the Service identifies itself as an AI assistant. Calls handled by the Service may be recorded and transcribed to provide and improve the Service. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Miisk, including replies to your inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
• Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
• Get help by replying HELP to any message, or by emailing hello@miisk.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including telemarketing and anti-spam laws such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act;
• Send unsolicited, deceptive, or fraudulent communications, or messages without the recipient's required consent;
• Transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.

If you use the Service to communicate with your own customers, you are responsible for obtaining all consents required by law before initiating those communications and for honoring opt-out requests.

5. Fees and Payment

Paid features of the Service are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you provide), is owned by Live Large LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE LARGE LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
